Wallet Credits & Refunds

  • Unused wallet credits: Full refund available within 7 days of adding money to wallet
  • Technical issues: If our service is unavailable and you're charged for messages
  • Duplicate charges: Accidental multiple payments for the same transaction
  • Unauthorized transactions: Charges you didn't authorize

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used services: Credits spent on chat messages and astrology consultations
  • Dissatisfaction with predictions: Astrological insights are interpretive and subjective
  • Change of mind: After using our services for consultations
  • User error: Incorrect birth details provided by user

Account Cancellation

  • Outstanding transactions will be processed before account closure
